About the Artist

Kadi Beth is a singer/songwriter who recently stopped by our studio to perform an acoustic set of her upcoming songs. Kadi has been in the music industry many years, previously as the lead singing front woman for the rock band, Kadillak. Recently, Kadi Beth made the move to Nashville to pursue a solo career. Drawing off her rock roots, Kadi Beth’s solo music can also be described as rock. Her songwriting skills help her to write songs that tell a story and draw off raw human emotion.

Featured Songs

All three songs performed in this session are songs Kadi Beth wrote. The song, “Give me Love” is a song about longing for love in the purest form. Meanwhile, her song, “Deep Blue Sea”, draws from the story of Amelia Earhart and discusses the triumphs and heartaches in life. The song, “What is a Woman For”, is inspired by the relationship of masculine and feminine energies and unconditional love. Kadi would love to thank Andrew Mcfarlane for accompanying her on the Red Couch and for producing the songs “Deep Blue Sea” and “Give me Love”.
