Gary Russell Wertz aka GRW (Grow without the O) stopped by the Entertainment Buzz studio recently to perform several of his hits for our amazing audience. GRW’s style of music is quite unique, he considers himself a “Musical Outlaw” in which he doesn’t stick to one genre, he doesn’t let the rules of a specific genre define his music. This unique approach allows him to consistently create music and art whenever and however he pleases with no limits.
When Gary arrived in the Entertainment Buzz studio he immediately gave us a copy of his album “Marijuana Murder Ballads” which immediately raised questions to everyone in the studio. GRW begin to tell us a bit about his music and how he comes up with his songs and a bit about the style and the process he follows when he creates his music, which was quite fascinating.
As we sat and talked and got deeper into GRW Music we learned a bunch about who Gary was as an individual and his deep love for animals. Not only is Gary an artist and producer but he also manages a restorative animal sanctuary right outside of Nashville, TN.
